Your satisfaction is our utmost priority. If you would like to exchange your box for clothing of a different size, please contact us at email@example.com and we will work with you to change your order.
You can change your shipping address or billing information at any time by visiting your account page. Please change your address prior to your billing date to avoid a mis-shipped box. If you need assistance, please e-mail us firstname.lastname@example.org
You can update your credit card information via the account page at any time. Just login to your account, and update the info under the 'credit card' section.
We take new subscriptions until 11:00 p.m. PST on the 14th of each month. If you sign up after the 14th, you will receive next month's box. For example, if you sign up on the 21st of January, you will receive your first box the week of the 15th of February.
For your convenience, all plans auto-renew and all renewals occur on the 1st of each month, until cancelled. If you are on the month-to-month plan, renewals occur on the 1st of each month until you cancel. If you are on the 3-month upfront plan, a 3-month renewal occurs on the 1st of the month after you've received your last already-paid-for shipment for an additional 3-month renewal (for example, if you sign up on the 1st of May for a 3-month plan, you'll receive the shipments on the 15th of May, 15th of June, and 15th of July, and then the 3-month renewal charge will occur on the 1st of August). if you are on the 6-month upfront plan, a 6-month renewal occurs on the 1st of the month after you've received your last already-paid-for shipment; (for example, if you sign up on 1st of May for a 6-month plan, you'll receive the shipment for the 15th of May, 15th of June, 15th of July, 15th of August, 15th of September, and 15th of October, and then the 6-month renewal charge will occur on 1st of November).
Yes! You can easily purchase a one-time box. After subscribing to the month-to-month plan please email us with a cancellation request at email@example.com after you receive your first box.
We ship on the 15th of every month, so you can anticipate your box between the 17th and the 20th. Please note: we are not responsible for delays in the carrier's service.
Stay calm! most orders take 4-6 business days to arrive. Please contact a member of our customer support team if it's been longer than that at firstname.lastname@example.org . We can help you get tracking, order status, and other important information.

Shipping is free for all shipments within the United States.
If cute clothing and great customer service isn't your thing, you can cancel your subscription at any time. We want you to be satisfied. Send us an email at: firstname.lastname@example.org Please note: if you're cancelling a prepaid subscription and requesting a refund, you will receive a prorated refund for the boxes at full price.
You can easily change your subscription at any time by logging into your account, visiting your 'account preferences' in the top right drop-down menu, and choosing the 'your subscriptions' tab in the left menu bar. From there, you can see your subscription and cancel it or change your plan. You may also email our team at any time at email@example.com and we'll update your subscription preferences for you.
We are confident you will love the Surprisly boxes. However, if for some reason you would like to return your box, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will work with you on the return process. Refunds will be issued once the box has been returned to us and has passed our quality inspection.
We will provide a refund for your box as long it's requested before the cut-off date for that month. Once we reach the cut-off date and have prepared your box for shipment, refund cannot be provided. If you're asking for a refund because you didn't cancel your subscription through your account log in in time, please note that we will charge a 5% fee to process the refund. Why the fee? We pay a percentage for every credit card that we process and when you request a refund we don't get it back. Please note: gift subscriptions are eligible for refunds once they've been claimed. Gift cards are also non refundable.
